Jimmy Odukoya, a Nigerian actor and gospel musician, has been appointed as the new senior pastor and chairman of the board of trustees of the Fountain of Life Church, Ilupeju, Lagos.
The announcement was made on Sunday, September 17, 2023, during the church service by a board member of the church.
Jimmy Odukoya said he is excited and humbled by his new role as the senior pastor of Fountain of Life Church.
He also said he will continue to pursue his passion for arts and entertainment as a way of reaching out to the younger generation and spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ.
His sister, Tolu Odukoya Ijogun, who is also a pastor and gospel singer, has been named as the new associate pastor of the church. She congratulated her brother on his appointment and expressed her support for him.
