Hundreds of residents of Udu Local Government Area in Delta State on Monday benefitted from Senator Ede Dafinone’s Free Diabetes Sensitization and Testing Medical Outreach, a health initiative designed to serve all eight local government areas in Delta Central Senatorial District.
The outreach, held at Orhuwhorhun Primary Health Centre, was organized in partnership with the National Health Fellows, the World Health Organization (WHO), and the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI). Residents received free diabetes and blood pressure checks, tuberculosis (TB) screenings, eye examinations, reading glasses, and essential medications.
