Governor Oborevwori hails Orodje of Okpe on 19th coronation anniversary

Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori has extended his warm congratulations to His Royal Majesty, Major General Felix Mujakperuo (Rtd), Orhue I, CFR, mni, the Orodje of Okpe Kingdom, as he marks his 19th coronation anniversary.

In a goodwill message released by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, Governor Oborevwori lauded the Orodje for his unwavering forthrightness, exemplary leadership, profound wisdom, fatherly disposition, and statesmanship.

The Governor described the monarch's nearly two-decade reign as both eventful and impactful, benefiting not only the people of Okpe Kingdom but also all Deltans.

Governor Oborevwori concluded by praying for the royal father's continued divine guidance and good health, wishing him many more prosperous years on the ancient throne of Okpe. He ended his tribute with a celebratory "Congratulations. Umogu! Umogu!! Umogu!!! Wu ne su to!" acknowledging the traditional ruler's significant legacy and influence.

The Orodje of Okpe, who also chairs the Delta State Council of Traditional Rulers, ascended to the throne in 2006 and has since been a steadfast symbol of unity, peace, and development across the state.
