Governor Alia of Benue State Declares Openness for Business and Improved Security

Governor Hyacinth Alia of Benue State declared that the state is now open for business and has made significant strides in addressing its security challenges.

Governor Alia made these remarks while accepting the Governor of the Year award from LEADERSHIP group.

The governor emphasized the importance of a peaceful atmosphere for the state’s development and economic growth.

He highlighted the measures his administration has taken to promote peace and dialogue, as well as to educate the population on the benefits of a secure environment.

The governor clarified that Benue State has no open grazing law, but there is a moratorium in place for those who wish to engage in such activities.

He encouraged legitimate investors to come forward with their proposals and contribute to the state’s development.
