Globacom has rolled out a fresh promotional campaign offering subscribers extra data on selected weekly and monthly packages. The telecom giant says the "More Data More Value only on Glo" initiative rewards customers with approximately 10 percent bonus data.
In a statement from Lagos, the company noted that every naira spent on data should deliver maximum digital value. It's targeting students, entrepreneurs, remote workers, and content creators who depend on steady connectivity.
Under the revamped weekly plans, the N1,000 bundle now includes 3.7GB total—1.7GB main data plus 2GB night browsing. Subscribers purchasing the N2,000 weekly option get 9GB combined, split between 6.5GB daytime and 2.5GB night data.
Monthly packages have also received upgrades. The N1,500 plan delivers 5.2GB, comprising 2.2GB main and 3GB night data.
Moving up, the N2,000 monthly bundle offers 6.25GB—3.25GB daytime plus 3GB nighttime allowance. At N5,000 monthly, subscribers receive 16.5GB with 14.5GB main data and 2GB night access.
Higher-tier packages bring even more generous allocations. N10,000 monthly gives customers 42GB total, including 38GB main data and 4GB night data.
Top of the range, the N15,000 bundle provides 64GB comprising 62GB main and 2GB night data. Globacom designed these tiers to support extended online activity without rapid depletion.
According to the company, customers can tackle social media, video streaming, virtual meetings and online gaming with reduced worry about exhausting allowances. The packages address growing internet consumption across Nigeria's digital economy.
Management explained that the offer reflects commitment to affordable, reliable connectivity. They're positioning the initiative as part of strategy supporting digital transformation nationwide.
Subscribers gain convenient management through the Glo Café app. Users can monitor consumption patterns and maximise available benefits directly from their phones.
Globacom told reporters the bundles suit Nigerians seeking seamless access to digital services. As connectivity becomes increasingly essential, the company says this move strengthens its competitive standing.
The telecom operator believes enhanced value propositions keep customers engaged longer. Industry analysts note similar moves by competitors suggest a trend toward more generous data allocations.
Nigerians interested in purchasing should access bundles through standard channels or the mobile app. Globacom continues positioning itself as the affordability leader in Nigeria's telecommunications sector.
