Senator representing Delta Central Senatorial District, Senator Ede Dafinone, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the First Lady of Delta State, Her Excellency Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, describing her as a woman of rare grace whose humility and compassion have touched lives across the state.
