BBC Can’t Destroy Late TB Joshua’s Enduring Legacy — Fani-Kayode

Femi Fani-Kayode, a former Nigerian Aviation Minister and a close friend of the late Prophet TB Joshua, has come out in defense of the late televangelist’s legacy.

This comes in the wake of a recent BBC documentary that accused the late preacher of various atrocities, including sexual assault, physical abuse, fabricated miracles, and causing trauma to his followers.

Fani-Kayode took to his X account to express his support for TB Joshua, stating that the allegations against him were nothing more than “dirty lies.”

He went on to praise the late prophet, saying that he touched many lives, fought a good fight, and established a great and enduring legacy that no man or institution could destroy.

The BBC documentary, released on January 9, 2024, featured interviews with over 25 eyewitnesses who claimed to have suffered at the hands of TB Joshua.

The accusations have sent shockwaves through the Nigerian religious community and have sparked a heated debate about the late preacher’s legacy.

Despite the controversy, Fani-Kayode remains steadfast in his support for TB Joshua, calling him a blessing to the Church, the Christian faith, humanity, and Nigeria.

He also thanked the late prophet for his contributions and said that he would always be proud of him.
