A tragic road accident claimed the lives of five people and left four others injured in Anambra State on Friday morning. The accident involved a Mitsubishi L300 commercial bus and a Daf/Leyland truck carrying a container.
According to the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), the accident occurred at Odumodu Junction along the Nteje-Awka Motorway at about 7:30 a.m.
The FRSC sector commander in Anambra State, Corps Commander Adeoye Irelewuyi, sympathised with the families of the deceased and prayed for their souls.
