DIDA Boss, Nmah felicitates with Dame Edith Okowa @ 60

The Chairman, Delta State Investments Development Agency (DIDA), Hon. Paul Nmah has felicitated with the wife of Delta State governor, Dame Edith Okowa on her 60^th birthday anniversary.

Nmah while felicitating with Dame Okowa as she turned 60^th, extol the Delta First Lady on her valuable contribution to the success of the Stronger Delta Agenda of the State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa.
