Gunmen kills popular hotelier, Prince Kasuwa, friend in Delta

Unknown gunmen suspected to assassin on Sunday afternoon assassinated a popular hotelier, Chief Elvis Otedafe Onojerame, aka Prince Kasuwa along side one of his friend, who is yet to be identify.

Prince Kasuwa, as he is popularly known is the owner of Widisag Hotel, along Orhuwhorun Road in Udu council area of Delta state.

The deceased and his friend was shot dead by the gunmen, who attacked them in a vehicle close to First Bank, off Udu Road.

According to NigerDaltaToday report, details of the incident were still sketchy as of the time of filing this report, but sources said the incident occurred at about 2:20pm, yesterday afternoon.

The Delta State Police Command has confirmed the incident, but could not give further information on it.

The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Onome Onovwakpoyeya, said “it is true. There was an assassination. Yes, two people”.
