Shaun Wright-Phillips believes England will lift the 2026 World Cup trophy. The ex-Chelsea winger made his prediction during an interview with All Out Football.

Wright-Phillips backed the Three Lions to defeat Argentina in the final. He's confident in England's ability to go all the way in the tournament.

Midfielder Declan Rice will claim the Golden Ball award, according to Wright-Phillips. He told the publication that Rice deserves recognition as the tournament's standout performer.

"England," Wright-Phillips said when asked about the World Cup winner. "England versus Argentina in the final," he added regarding the matchup he expects.

The former Manchester City star named Rice for the Golden Ball honour. He believes the midfielder will prove instrumental to England's success in 2026.
