Wike Urges Patience and Prayers for President Tinubu Amidst Economic Hardship

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has called on Nigerians to be patient with President Bola Tinubu and his administration.

The former Governor of Rivers State made the plea while speaking in Abuja during the flag-off of the Kwa Kwa, Karimo road.

Wike assured the citizens that the current economic hardship is only a temporary challenge that will soon be over.

He emphasized that the policies being made by the government are for the benefit of the country and that things will improve with time.

The minister also urged the people to pray for President Tinubu, who campaigned on the mandate of renewed hope, to have the wisdom and good health to pilot the affairs of the country.

He stressed that it is not an easy task and that the government is working to alleviate the challenges faced by the citizens.

Wike acknowledged that things may not be as desired at the moment, but he assured the people that the problems they are facing will soon be a thing of the past.

He thanked all the council chairmen who have agreed to work together despite belonging to different political parties, stating that if they do not work together, the people will suffer.
