Chairman of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited (TSSNL), High Chief (Dr.) Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, has felicitated the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Barrister Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, describing him as a courageous and principled leader whose public service record is defined by action and results.
In a birthday message issued on behalf of the management and staff of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, Tompolo said Wike’s career in public service—distinguished by legal acumen, political boldness and decisive leadership—underscores the fact that effective leadership is measured by impact rather than mere words.
He observed that from Wike’s early years in public administration to his tenure as Governor of Rivers State and now as Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, his leadership style has remained consistent, anchored on resilience, accountability and an unwavering commitment to the public good.
Tompolo noted that Wike’s influence in the FCT is already evident, citing renewed attention to infrastructure, urban order and institutional discipline as hallmarks of a hands-on approach to governance that recognises Abuja’s strategic importance to national unity.
“In the Federal Capital Territory, your presence is already being massively felt. The renewed focus on infrastructure, order, and accountability speaks to a hands-on leadership style that understands Abuja’s symbolic and practical importance to Nigeria’s unity and governance,” he said.
The TSSNL chairman also commended the minister for appreciating the close link between security, development and national stability, stressing that Wike’s emphasis on law and order aligns with Tantita’s core mandate of safeguarding critical national assets and promoting a secure environment for sustainable development.
He added that Wike’s widely acknowledged reputation as “Mr. Project” is a reflection of his proven track record and readiness to take tough decisions in the interest of duty and national progress.
“In moments that demand firmness, you have chosen responsibility over convenience, standing by your convictions even when the path was difficult,” Tompolo stated.
As the minister marks another year, Tompolo offered prayers for renewed strength, clarity of vision and continued success, expressing confidence that Wike’s service would continue to make a lasting contribution to Nigeria’s development.
“Please accept my sincere best wishes for good health, wisdom, and continued success. May the years ahead bring fulfilment and further contributions to the progress and unity of Nigeria,” he added.
