The Board of Trustees (BoT) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) says no decision has been taken to adopt an alternative political party because of the leadership crisis rocking the party.

As tension continues to mount in the camp of the Senator Ahmed Makarfi-led caretaker committee, of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), following the Court of Appeal ruling which declared Alhaji Ali Modu Sherif as the National Chairman of the party, the Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa has expressed hope that the Supreme Court will upturn the judgement.
