Soludo Appoints Yoruba Man as Permanent Secretary in Anambra State

The Governor of Anambra State, Charles Chukwuma Soludo, has appointed Bayo Ojeyinka, a Yoruba man from Osun state, as a Permanent Secretary in the state’s civil service.

The appointment has been met with praise from civil servants in the state, who have commended the decision as a merit-based one.

Bayo Ojeyinka, who has been a part of the Anambra state public service system since 1995, has demonstrated his commitment to the state throughout his years of service.

After completing his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program in the state, he was recognized as the best-serving corps member and was subsequently retained by the state government.

Upon receiving the promotion, Ojeyinka expressed gratitude to Governor Soludo and promised to increase his productivity, transparency, and fairness in his work.

He acknowledged the support he has received from the people of Anambra and vowed to repay the state by working diligently in his new role.

The Head of Service, Barrister Mrs. Theodora Igwegbe, has also been instrumental in supporting Ojeyinka’s appointment, and he has pledged to live up to the expectations that come with his new position.

The appointment of Bayo Ojeyinka as a Permanent Secretary in the Anambra State civil service is a testament to Governor Soludo’s commitment to promoting meritocracy and inclusivity in the state’s public service system.
