Ondo Guber: Female Aspirant Vows to Win, Not Just Pretend

In a television appearance, the only female governorship aspirant on the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Engineer Funmi Waheed-Adekojo, declared that she is in the race to win, not just to pretend.

Adekojo, popularly known as Funmiayinke, emphasized that she is not contending with anyone and is standing in for the governor.

She believes that the people of Ondo State are tired of the chaos and need a woman to bring the change they desire.

The Arigidi-Akoko-born engineer commended President Bola Tinubu for appointing more women into his government and for encouraging women to come on board.

She believes that women have the solution to the myriads of problems facing the state in every sector.

Adekojo believes that the party needs someone like her to rescue it from losing the election to another party.

She is confident in her abilities and solutions to the problems in the state.

As the first aspirant to obtain the party’s nomination form, Adekojo expressed gratitude to President Tinubu on behalf of other women for his commitment to the development of women in all areas.

With her determination and vision for a better Ondo State, Funmi Waheed-Adekojo is ready to take on the challenge and bring the change the people of Ondo State are yearning for.
