Omo-Agege’s new leadership status an attestation of his leadership qualities – Ogodo

The All Progressive Congress (APC), House of Assembly candidate for Sapele state constituency in the 2019 general election, Hon Moses Ogodo has commended the the national leadership of the party for choosing the Deputy Senate President, Ovie Omo- Agege as the South-South APC leader, adding that his endorsement is a manifestation of his leadership qualities.

Ogodo who was addressing newsmen at the weekend on the occasion of his daughter Barr Anita Ogodo’s called to bar at Abuja said, “Omo-Agege leadership qualities is like a light glowing, so there is no way you can’t notice it.

“What he has done in Delta State is an attestation of what a leader should be. He has appointed and empowered hundreds of youths irrespective of tribe or religion and he has been leading well. So his new position as the new APC leader in the South-South is an attestation of his leadership qualities” he said.

Ogodo speaking further urged President Mohammadu Buhari to swear in the new board of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC.

According to him, “there is no doubt that he (Buhari) meant well for Niger Deltans, his handling of the Niger Delta issue especially since his emergence as president of the nation has been commendable but let him allow the new board to be sworn in, so that they will start tackling the Niger Delta issues and we will continue the support we have always given him”.

On his daughter Anita called to Bar; Ogodo who was elated said, the daughter has made him proud, “what more would I say to her than to thank her for making us proud, I pray that God continue to bless her,” he added.
