Man caught stealing a pregnant woman’s panties

Unidentified young man in his early 30s was today caught stealing panties belonging to a pregnant woman  at Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai in Niger State.

As at the time of filing this report, the suspect’s motive of stealing the panties is not yet known; however, he has  been handed over to security operatives for proper investigation to unearth his motives.
