Spain winger Lamine Yamal has singled out three players who've caught his attention during the World Cup campaign. Ahead of Spain's round of 32 clash with Austria on Thursday, the Barcelona talent highlighted Argentina's Lionel Messi, Brazil's Vinicius Jr, and Morocco's Ismael Saibari as standout performers.

Messi has found the back of the net six times for Argentina at the tournament. Vinicius Jr has netted four goals for Brazil, while Saibari has struck three times for Morocco.

The 18-year-old spoke to COPE about the players who've impressed him most. "Vinicius is really impressing me," Yamal said.

"Obviously Messi."

He added, "Saibari plays football really well." Yamal himself has scored once for Spain and will aim to improve that tally against Austria.
