LaLiga: Mark Seagraves Names Two Potential Managers to Replace Xavi at Barcelona

Former Manchester City defender Mark Seagraves has suggested two potential candidates to replace Xavi as the manager of Barcelona.

The announcement comes after Xavi confirmed his decision to leave the club at the end of the season.

Seagraves believes that Barcelona, as a big club, needs a high-profile manager to attract top-quality players. He mentioned Jose Mourinho and Thomas Tuchel as possible options, both of whom are currently out of work.

“Barcelona are a big club, and with what they have gone through in the last few years, they need a big name [as manager] to bring in top-quality players,” Seagraves said. “I’m not sure of the financial situation there now and whether they can actually go and get someone like an Mbappe.”

He also added, “Maybe Barcelona need to look at that and address that [situation]. There are a few managers out of work now, obviously Mourinho, and maybe Bayern Munich’s manager [Thomas Tuchel] could be available, if he fails to get the desired results.”

Seagraves emphasized the pressure that comes with managing a club like Barcelona, stating that the expectations to deliver are incredibly high.

He believes that both Mourinho and Tuchel have the experience and capability to handle such pressure and lead the team to success.

In conclusion, Mark Seagraves has put forward two potential candidates, Jose Mourinho and Thomas Tuchel, to replace Xavi as the manager of Barcelona.

The club’s decision will be crucial in shaping their future and attracting top talent to the team.
