Nigeria’s Kemi Omotosho has been appointed as the Regional Director of the company’s Southern Africa operations.

Kemi Omotosho’s career at MultiChoice Nigeria began in 2014 as the Head of Retention, where she was responsible for delivering business objectives on subscriber growth and delivering strategies to optimize customer value management.

She was promoted to Executive Head of Customer Value Management in 2018 and Group Executive Head of Customer Value Management (CVM) in 2019.

In this role, she led the strategic planning, budgets, decision-making, resource allocation, and operational execution of all CVM initiatives in Africa.

Omotosho’s proficiency in customer value management has been instrumental in her ascent within MultiChoice and her significant contributions to the strategic goals of subscriber growth and retention.

Her contributions have also been vital to the profitability of the business, as she played a key role in the launch of the group’s popular “Step Up Campaign” and led the FIFA 2023 World Cup CVM plans.
