Kebbi Governor Takes Action to Ensure Stable Power Supply During Ramadan

In preparation for the upcoming Ramadan season, Kebbi State Governor, Nasir Idris, has made a commitment to the residents of the state to ensure a constant power supply during this holy period.

The governor made this promise after an inspection of projects in the state capital, Birnin Kebbi.

In order to address the issues faced by the people in terms of electricity, Governor Idris has invited the managing director of the Kaduna Electricity Distribution Company (KAECO) to a roundtable discussion.

The aim is to find a solution that will provide 24 hours of power supply to the residents in the coming months.

Expressing his dissatisfaction with the current electricity challenges, Governor Idris emphasized that he wants to see an improvement in the power supply, particularly during the holy month of Ramadan.

He stated, “I have already invited the managing director of KAECO for a round table discussion on how to put a smile on the faces of the good people of Kebbi State.”

The governor also added, “My ambition is to ensure 24 hours of electricity supply, especially in the holy month of Ramadan.”

In addition to this, Governor Idris has shown his willingness to support the company in any way possible to achieve the goal of stable power supply during Ramadan.

Furthermore, he has also promised to look into the possibility of maintaining the improved supply even after the holy month.

As part of his commitment to fulfilling his campaign promises, the governor has pledged to transform the state into an enviable position and promote peace and unity among the people.
