Belgian club KRC Genk has completed the signing of Super Eagles striker Rafiu Durosinmi from Pisa. Transfer analyst Gianluca Di Marzio revealed the deal is valued at €10.5 million with add-ons, and includes a 10% sell-on clause for the Italian side.
The transfer marks Pisa's biggest sale on record, surpassing the €6 million move that took Lorenzo Lucca to Udinese last year. Durosinmi joined Pisa from Czech club Viktoria Plzen during the winter window and will now move to Belgium to continue his career.
The 23-year-old made 12 league appearances for Pisa, scoring one goal and providing one assist. He'll be looking to make an immediate impact at Genk as he takes on a fresh challenge in the Belgian Pro League.
