Gbagi Foundation donates office furniture to Ughelli legislature

 


The GBAGI Foundation, a non- governmental organisation under the chairmanship of former Minister of State for Education, Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi, has provided 20 office chairs and tables to Ughelli South Legislative Arm in Ughelli South Local Government Area, Delta State, to support the councilors in the performance of their duties.

Presenting the chairs and the tables to the chairman of the council, Mr Richard Kofi, a member of Foundation, who is also the Director General of Emuoboh Gbagi Campaign Organisation, said the organisation was an integral part of the foundation and the donation “is for convenience and effective legislative purposes.”

 

 

 

He said: “The foundation has been into humanitarian services for some years now. Before now, it donated 100 desks to Babaido Primary School, Okwagbe, paid WAEC enrolment fees in 2017/ 2018 for Oginibo Secondary School students, sponsored the construction of Oginibo Civic Centre, Oginibo, donated a 504 saloon car to the Nigeria Police Force, provided food, drinks and toiletries to Nigerian Prison, Warri and Sapele branches among others.”
