Christie's, the New York-based auction house, unveiled plans Tuesday to sell World Cup memorabilia spanning from match balls to performance costumes. The online sale runs for a week starting July 22 and benefits the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, which aims to raise $100 million for children's initiatives worldwide.

Shakira's yellow crop top and matching trousers from her music video for "Dai Dai," the 2026 World Cup's official song, headline the sale. The Colombian singer's stage outfit from the halftime show—an 11-minute spectacle that also featured Madonna, Justin Bieber and BTS—will also go under the hammer.

The final match ball from the July 19 encounter at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey takes centre stage among the sports equipment up for grabs. An opening match ball from Mexico last month will also be auctioned alongside several other soccer balls.

A 2022 Argentina jersey signed by Lionel Messi and a US men's team jersey signed by multiple players round out the collection being offered to bidders.
