The Executive Director of Operations and Technical at Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, Captain Warredi Enisuoh, has been awarded an honorary Doctorate Degree in Leadership and Strategic Management, as well as a Lifetime Achievement Award, by the prestigious High Stone Global University, Texas, USA.
Captain Enisuoh was honoured during the university’s 2024 International Conference, Special Convocation, and Awards Ceremony held in Asaba on Saturday. He was recognized for his immense contributions to maritime and aviation safety and his innovative security strategies in maritime and security operations.
A highly accomplished expert, Captain Enisuoh has over two decades of experience spanning multiple industries. His career is marked by leadership roles in maritime operations, aviation, and national security, with a focus on protecting vital infrastructure in Nigeria's oil and gas sector.
He has made significant contributions to the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), where he served as Director of Maritime Safety and Director of Shipping Development. Internationally, Captain Enisuoh has held critical positions in both the maritime and aviation sectors, including serving in Singapore and Australia, where he ensured safety and regulatory compliance across their vast coastlines.
Addressing journalists after receiving the award, Captain Enisuoh expressed gratitude to High Stone Global University for the recognition, describing it as motivation to continue his efforts for the betterment of society.
He emphasized that Tantita Security Services is fully committed to ensuring the safety of pipelines within its operational areas. He said, “We are here because it is our environment, and we don’t want future generations to have nothing to fall back on. Before now, there was significant degradation, but we are working to recapture and restore the environment."

Captain Enisuoh also commended the federal government for its support, assuring that his team would remain steadfast in its mission. “We are not going to fail the federal government. We will continue with the job we are doing and sensitize the communities to refrain from nefarious activities. We aim not only to protect the crude oil pipelines in the area but also to change behavioural attitudes to attract investors to the region," he said.
On behalf of the other awardees, Captain Enisuoh thanked High Stone Global University for the recognition, noting that the awards would inspire him to achieve more.
The event also featured a lecture series delivered by Professor Jasper Ejovwokoghene Ikpesu, titled “Sustainability Through Good Governance and Community Development,” with case studies on Costa Rica and Finland.
Professor Ikpesu highlighted the successes of Finland and Costa Rica in governance, environmental policies, and human development. He recommended that Nigeria adopt similar strategies to enhance its developmental strides. He emphasized the need for transparent governance, empowering individuals through education and healthcare, and leveraging community strengths to create sustainable goals and a brighter future for all.
