Deborah Abiodun and Monday Gift have touched down at the Super Falcons' Marriott hotel base in Casablanca, completing the squad ahead of the 2026 Women's Africa Cup of Nations. Head coach Justine Madugu can now field his entire 25-player roster after the pair finally joined the camp.
The two players were scheduled to arrive on Tuesday but faced delays when their flight from the United States was cancelled. They missed Friday's friendly match, where the Super Falcons defeated Tanzania's Twiga Stars 2-1.
Abiodun featured in Nigeria's squad for the 2024 WAFCON finals. Monday, however, wasn't selected for that tournament.
The Super Falcons will depart for Rabat on Friday, where they'll play their group stage matches. The move marks the final preparation phase before the continental showpiece gets underway.
