Senator Ned Nwoko has paid a heartfelt tribute to the late Barrinada Mpigi, describing him as a principled and selfless leader whose life was defined by integrity, humility, and unwavering service to his people, during a solemn burial ceremony in Koroma, Tai Local Government Area of Rivers State.
The funeral attracted a large gathering of mourners, including top political figures, traditional rulers, and community leaders, all united in grief and reflection while celebrating the impactful life of the late lawmaker.
In a statement issued after the ceremony, Nwoko said the occasion underscored the fleeting nature of life and the enduring value of purposeful leadership.
