Daniel Bwala launched a fierce attack on Peter Obi on Monday. Bwala serves as President Tinubu's Special Adviser on Policy Communication.
Obi just emerged as the NDC's presidential candidate for 2027. Bwala questioned whether he possessed any concrete plans for Nigeria.
In a post on X, Bwala was blunt about his criticism. He wrote that Obi's politics rested entirely on complaints, not solutions.
"@PeterObi's entire political character and ideology is hinged on what, but he doesn't have a single how to do it," Bwala posted.
Obi, the former Anambra governor, ran for president in 2023 under Labour Party. He lost that race but remained a prominent opposition figure.
Over the weekend, the NDC nominated him as their 2027 flag-bearer. Since his selection, Obi outlined six strategies to combat insecurity and unemployment.
He also promised to tackle Nigeria's economic crisis if voters elect him. Bwala's attack suggests the presidency won't ignore Obi's campaign.
