Plateau SUBEB: No Outstanding Salaries for Primary School Teachers

The Plateau Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) has announced that it has cleared all outstanding salaries of primary school teachers in the state.

This milestone is part of the administration of Governor Caleb Mutfwang’s commitment to promoting the welfare of all workers in the state.

Richard Jonah, the Head of Public Relations at SUBEB, proudly reported that no local government in Plateau is currently owing any outstanding salaries to its dedicated teachers.

This achievement not only reflects the government’s dedication to ensuring prompt and timely compensation for educators but also demonstrates its resolve to uphold the integrity of the educational system.

The Plateau government has called upon all teachers in the state to rededicate themselves to their noble profession and work diligently to ensure that learners in public primary schools can make up for the lost time caused by the recent strike.

The administration remains committed to providing quality education in the state by meeting the needs of its teachers.

However, the government has warned that any teacher found to be undermining the vision of the current administration in the state will be dealt with accordingly.

This stern stance emphasizes the importance of upholding the integrity of the education system and ensuring that all stakeholders remain focused on the common goal of providing quality education to the children of Plateau.

As Plateau SUBEB celebrates this significant accomplishment, it is important to acknowledge the role of the government in prioritizing the welfare of its workers and promoting a conducive environment for the growth and development of the education sector.
