Senator Ned Nwoko, representing Delta North Senatorial District, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the immediate past Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, on his 66th birth anniversary.
In a goodwill message from Abuja, Senator Nwoko described the occasion as a "joyous phase" in the life of the former governor. He acknowledged Okowa's significant contributions to the "progress and development of the state," wishing him divine guidance and good health in the years to come.
