In recent weeks, several qualified indigenes of Delta North have secured appointments across key federal agencies, thanks to the senator’s deliberate push for inclusivity and representation at the national level.
Notable among them is Henry Akwunna, appointed as Higher Technical Officer II (Engineering) at the National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA). Also at NIWA are Nnabuife Peter Moeteke (Officer II, Civil) and Elijah A. Onyeshinye (Officer II, Engineering).
In the education sector, Enudi Jane Nwakaego and Echefune Chiazor Elise have been offered roles as Assistant Lecturers at the Federal Polytechnic, Ukana. Similarly, Okolie Mary has been appointed Higher Executive Officer (General Duties) at the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), while Kawih Rufus Ugbolue received a provisional offer with the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).
