Nigeria’s Future Hinges on Safety and Security, Says Bwala

Daniel Bwala, a former spokesman for the defunct Atiku-Okowa Presidential Campaign Council, emphasized the importance of safety and security in Nigeria for the 2027 general elections to take place.

Bwala, who joined the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) without regret, commended President Bola Tinubu for his efforts to rectify the errors of past administrations.

Bwala stated that he bases his decisions on personal conviction and accepts the outcome, regardless of the result.

He acknowledged that the current political climate in Nigeria is characterized by crisis and stressed the need for the country to be safe and secure before any future elections can be held.

He also recognized President Tinubu’s commitment to bringing together opposition parties for the purpose of nation-building.

While Bwala has no regrets about his past political decisions, he believes that the focus should now be on working together to ensure a better future for Nigeria.

He emphasized the importance of addressing the country’s safety and security concerns, as these are the primary conditions necessary for the 2027 elections to proceed.

Bwala’s statement highlights the importance of prioritizing the safety and security of Nigeria in order to create a conducive environment for future political processes.

As the country moves forward, it is essential for all stakeholders to collaborate in addressing the challenges faced and ensuring a stable and prosperous future for Nigeria.
