The Kenneth Okanoro Foundation (KOF), in collaboration with the office of the Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Youth Development, has launched an extensive medical and surgical outreach across the 10 wards of Ndokwa East Local Government Area in Delta State.
Running from August 30 to September 20, 2024, the programme aims to deliver a wide range of healthcare services at designated centers within the region. Hon. Kenneth Okanoro, founder of KOF and the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Youth Development, stated that this initiative aligns with the foundation’s commitment to supporting Governor Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori’s M.O.R.E Agenda, which focuses on enhancing the welfare of Delta State residents.
A team of qualified medical professionals will lead the outreach, providing high-quality care to the local population. Services offered will include health education, free laboratory screenings, consultations, and medication distribution, as well as dental and eye care, counseling, physiotherapy sessions, and surgeries for conditions such as hernias and excision biopsies.

Hon. Okanoro encouraged the residents of Ndokwa East to fully participate in the three-week programme, emphasizing the importance of regular health check-ups. He highlighted that this outreach is a crucial part of the foundation's mission to improve the health and well-being of the community.
This initiative reaffirms KOF's commitment to making healthcare accessible, particularly in rural areas where medical services are often limited.
