A cross-section of residents, commuters, and motorists have appealed to the Executive Governor of Delta State—our capable and responsive leader—to intervene in the ongoing flyover construction at PTI Junction. They are calling on the government to mandate Julius Berger to expedite action, as the delay has made life unbearable for people living and commuting in the area.
