Governor Sule Urges Peter Obi to Support President Tinubu in Tackling Nigeria’s Challenges

Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule, has called on the Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party in the last election, Peter Obi, to support President Bola Tinubu in the task of tackling the development challenges confronting Nigeria.

Governor Sule emphasized that there is a time for politics and a time for governance, urging Obi to tap into his wealth of experience and expertise to assist the new administration in building a secure and prosperous nation.

During a courtesy visit by Obi to the Government House in Lafia, Governor Sule thanked the former Anambra State governor for his efforts in cushioning the effect of the economic hardship on the Nigerian people, just like President Tinubu and all state governors are currently doing.

In response, Obi commended Governor Sule for the numerous new roads constructed in Nasarawa State and acknowledged the positive aspects of politics.

He also mentioned that his visit was part of a nationwide tour and that he intended to contribute to the well-being of the people, particularly by providing support during the fasting period and by drilling boreholes in some parts of the state.

As Nigeria faces various challenges, Governor Sule’s call for unity and collaboration between political rivals highlights the importance of putting aside differences to work towards a common goal of a better future for the nation.
