Foundation felicitate with Okowa on his emergence as PDP candidate in 2019 gubernatorial race.

President of Mike Edegware Foundation, (MEF) and its entire members have congratulates Delta State governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa over his emergence as the sole governorship candidate of People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in the 2019 general election.

 

 

 

 

 

 

In a statement by the Foundation President, Barr. Mike Edegware stated that the affirmation of Okowa as the sole governorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP at the just concluded governorship primaries shows he has done well for the party and the people of Delta.

 

 

“Dr Ifeanyi Okowa as the PDP candidate for Delta State speaks volumes of a party that recognizes the need to reward hard work and diligence.

 

 

 

“He is a man with strong character for the race, it is a clear testimony of his genuine development efforts in the state and as you can see, the primaries were peaceful, straight forward without any problem”.

 

 

 

Edegware noted that endorsing Okowa to fly the PDP flag in the 2019 general elections will surely give victory to the party, stressing that the developmental strides of the governor across the state had made campaigning for his reelection easy for the party.

 

 

 

“The PDP had spoken the minds of the generality of Deltans who desire good governance at all times, stressing that no other parties have stake in Delta State.

 

 

 

“Deltans should not to be deceived by the antics and the campaign of calumny by the opposition but be prepared to give Okowa and all PDP candidates that will emerged in the ongoing party primaries landslide victory in the general elections.

 

 

 

He charges the people of state to support the reelection bid of governor Ifeanyi Okowa, saying; that “They should  continue to work with critical stakeholders to attract development because Deltans deserved the best at all times”.
