DStv and GOtv Customers Brace for 3-Day Technical Downtime Due to Lagos-Calabar Road Construction

DStv and GOtv customers have been notified to expect a three-day technical downtime of their services starting from May 5 to May 7, 2024.
The temporary disruption is due to the ongoing Lagos-Calabar coastal road construction project, which is forcing Multichoice, the pay TV operator, to relocate its uplink facility.
In a statement shared on its official social media handle, Multichoice acknowledged that the relocation will impact its services during the specified period.
The company assured customers that its technical team will work tirelessly to minimize disruptions and restore services as soon as possible.
Multichoice expressed its appreciation for the patience and understanding of its customers during this transition period and reiterated its commitment to delivering the quality service and support that DStv and GOtv customers expect.
The company also assured that its services will be restored and even better than before.
Customers of DStv and GOtv can expect some technical downtime during this relocation process.
The company has encouraged its customers to be patient as it works to address the situation and resume normal service delivery.
