The All Progressives Congress (APC) Delta State has extended warm felicitations to Rt. Hon. Francis Ejiroghene Waive, the honourable member representing Ughelli North, Ughelli South, and Udu Federal Constituency, as he marks his birthday today, May 21, 2025.
In a heartfelt goodwill message signed by the State Chairman, Elder Omeni Sobotie, the Party described Hon.
