Chicken Republic Lands at Lagos Airport: MMIA Expansion Announced

Chicken Republic announced the opening of its newest outlet at the Muritala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) in Lagos.

This expansion is a part of the brand’s ongoing efforts to provide top-quality services and consistency to its customers, making it one of the leading food outlets in Nigeria.

Jide Onalaja, Director of Mirror Foods, a Chicken Republic franchisee, revealed that the company has received a concession from the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) to set up similar outlets in all airports across Nigeria, starting with Lagos.

Chicken Republic, with its 300 outlets in Nigeria and Ghana, is known for its affordable and well-accepted offerings.

Onalaja emphasized the brand’s commitment to maintaining global standards, ensuring that the quality of meals and services remains consistent across all outlets.

This dedication to quality is what has made Chicken Republic the biggest food outlet in Nigeria. Furthermore, the brand is working on expanding its presence to Canada and the UK.

The new Chicken Republic outlet is located in the arrival hall of the Lagos airport, catering to both arriving passengers and those waiting to receive them.

The decision to open in the new terminal was driven by the desire to enhance the airport’s ambience and provide a well-known, reliable food option for travelers and visitors.

This strategic move by Chicken Republic not only marks a significant milestone in its growth but also demonstrates the brand’s commitment to providing quality and affordable food options to its customers, wherever they may be.
