Adai: Jandor’s Claim of Bode George Leaving PDP a Joke Taken Too Far

Adai Edwin Adai, a member of the dissolved Atiku Presidential Technical Committee, responded to claims made by Abdul-Azeez Adediran, also known as Jandor, regarding the status of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) leaders who supported other candidates during the last elections.

Jandor, the gubernatorial candidate of Lagos State in the last election, had previously stated that those who supported candidates from other political parties during the last election had expelled themselves from the PDP.

However, Adai refuted this claim, saying that Jandor’s statement was a joke taken too far.

Adai acknowledged that while many people engaged in anti-party activities during the presidential election, the focus should now be on reconciliation within the party.

He emphasized that Chief Olabode George, a prominent leader of the PDP, had not left the party and that Jandor’s statement was incorrect.

Adai further explained that the PDP is currently in a period of reconciliation and that all members, including Jandor, should be working together to rebuild the party.

He clarified that he has no personal issues with Jandor but maintained that the statement about Bode George’s departure from the party was wrong.

As the PDP moves forward, it is essential for its members to engage in constructive dialogue and work together to strengthen the party, rather than making unfounded claims that could further divide the organization.
