President Tinubu Vows to Bring Justice to Perpetrators of Delta State Attack

President Bola Tinubu has vowed to bring justice to the perpetrators of the recent attack on soldiers in Delta State, which resulted in the loss of lives.

During a dinner with the leadership of the Senate to break the Ramadan fast, the President emphasized that his administration will not tolerate attacks on the military and security infrastructure.

President Tinubu expressed his support for the armed forces, stating that they will continue to receive backing in neutralizing security threats across the country.

He also highlighted the importance of maintaining the integrity of the National Assembly and encouraged cooperation for the advancement of the nation.

The President acknowledged the Senate’s swift handling of the budget and thanked them for their efforts.

He also mentioned that the country is turning a corner in terms of its current economic difficulties, citing improved revenue and the need for better expenditure control.

Senate President Godswill Akpabio thanked President Tinubu for hosting the lawmakers and emphasized the importance of regular interactions between the executive and legislative branches for productive governance.

During the dinner, President Tinubu called for tolerance, forgiveness, and charity during Ramadan, emphasizing the importance of these values in fostering unity and progress in the nation.

As the new administration works to address security challenges and improve the country’s economic situation, the President’s commitment to collaboration with the National Assembly and his determination to bring justice to those responsible for the Delta State attack serve as a strong foundation for a more secure and prosperous Nigeria.
