Enugu Police Command Announces CBT Exam Dates and Venues for Constables Recruitment

The Police Command in Enugu State has recently announced the dates and venues for the JAMB-administered Computer-Based Test (CBT) for General Duty applicants in the ongoing 2022 Recruitment of Police Constables.

The successful applicants shortlisted in the conducted physical and credentials screening will be participating in the CBT on March 5 and March 6, 2024.

The Command has designated four centers for the CBT exercise: Coal City University CBT Centre, Enugu State College of Education (Technical), Foretrust Digital Learning Management Centre, and Bishop Otubelu Juniorate CBT Centre.

These centers have been chosen to ensure a smooth and organized process for all applicants.

Shortlisted General Duty applicants are advised to visit the recruitment portal to access and print the examination invitation slip, which contains their respective dates, times, and centers for the exercise.

They are also required to report to the centers in white T-shirts and shorts. The practical examination for applicants in the Specialists cadre will be announced at a later date by the Recruitment Board.

The Commissioner of Police, Mr Kanayo Uzuegbu, has extended his well wishes to the shortlisted General Duty applicants and advised them to conduct themselves appropriately and follow the rules governing the examination.

He also warned them to be cautious of job scammers who may try to defraud them under the guise of securing the job.

The Police Command in Enugu State emphasizes that the recruitment process is free of charge, and applicants should not entertain any requests for payment from unauthorized sources.
