Defense Minister Assures Rescue of Kidnapped Kuriga Children

Defense Minister Mohammed Badaru Abubakar has assured the public that the kidnapped students of LEA Primary School, Kuriga in Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State will soon be rescued.

During a visit to the 1 Division Nigerian Army troops in Kaduna, the minister also stated that the killers of military personnel in the Okuama community of Delta State would be found and dealt with.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is aware of the sacrifices made by the troops fighting against bandits in the North-Western states of Nigeria and is happy with their efforts, according to the minister.

He urged the troops to continue their efforts to end all forms of insecurity in the country, stating that the president is fully supportive of their actions.

The minister acknowledged the efforts of the troops to rescue the kidnapped children and encouraged them to maintain their high morale.

He emphasized that the government has the power, will, strength, and determination to end insecurity in Nigeria
