Speaking to pressmen at Asaba, Delta State, Urhobo Youth Leader, who is also an APC youth leader, Comrade Monday Oyeghe, cautioned Onokpasa, that he should not allow himself to be used to do dirty jobs.

According Oyeghe,”We read with disgust, the scandalous reports peddled by one Barr Jesutega Onokpasa against reputable sons of the Urhobo Nation, Olorogun O’tega Emerhor OON, leader APC, Delta State and Engr Dr Samuel Adjogbe FNSE , the Executive Director Projects, NDDC. And we are shocked to learn from reliable sources, that he has been paid to cause discord among prominent Urhobo Leaders.

”As a group, we totally condemn the act of brandishing notable sons and daughters of the Urhobo Nation with derogatory names by the said lawyer, who is expected to be learned and civilized with his comments.

“Any further derogatory comments from him against our leaders under any pretense whether political or otherwise shall be strongly resisted with every lawful means. Whoever has Jesutega’s ears should call him to order.

Oyeghe further bemoaned the way and manner politics have robbed certain Urhobo youths of morals and respect for elders whose good works have promoted the Urhobo National at both home and abroad.

“One would wonder why as a lawyer who is presumed to be learned, would descend so low as to accept peanuts on the altar of morals, values, civility and good conscience” He added.

He described the recent actions of Onokpasa as unbecoming of someone from a notable Onokpasa’s family, adding that he should not allow his quest to fill his stomach make him loss sight of his family background.
