Pastor’s wife, mother of 5 dies night after wedding in Delta

Mrs Patricia Eyaefe a 32yrs old mother of five children and wife of Pastor Patrick Eyaefe, Founder of Miracle Working God Ministry also known as Freedom and Fire Center in Sapele, Delta State was said to have died on Sunday night after she was beaten by a snake in their compound few hours after her wedding.

Mr and Mrs Patrick Eyaefe who wedded on Sunday after 8years of living together in Sapele, were said be a very happy couple until sad event when the wife was beaten by a snake on her way to buy sachet water as the family was about to have dinner.

A family member of the deceased, who refused to disclose his identity to ADVOCATE, said “immediately she was beaten by the snake, she was quickly rushed to Divine Care Clinic located at Macpherson road Sapele.

According to the family member, “things got worse after she was given the medication they were asked to buy in a pharmacy and that was how she started vomiting and complained of difficulty in breathing before she died”.

The family of the deceased was said to have battled Mr Patricks Eyaefe’s family over the death of their sister until a highly place Pastor waded in to call for peace, as at the time of filing this report the remain of the deceased has been deposited at the mortuary.
