Emerhor eulogize Oyegun at 78, says he is a true guardian of democracy

The leader of the All Progressives Congress, Delta State, and the 2015 governorship candidate Olorogun O’tega Emerhor, has eulogized Chief Odigie Oyegun, the National Chairman of the APC on the occasion of his 78th birthday anniversary.

Emerhor described Chief Oyegun as a modern day hero and guardian of democracy in Nigeria and a patriot who have always stood on the side of truth and the ordinary people of the society.

 

According to Emerhor, in a press release signed by his Media Aide, Mr Aghogho Orotomah, Chief Oyegun’s sterling leadership qualities as national chairman of the APC led to the history making election victory of an opposition party, defeating a sitting president in the 2015 general elections.

 

“His wisdom, democratic disposition and fatherly composure continue to serve the ruling APC very well, leading to the existing success and achievements of the APC government.

 

The Delta APC leader commended Chief Oyegun for his steadfastness and commitment in bringing peace and unity in Delta APC which has faced challenges in recent times.

 

While extending his best wishes to the national chairman, Olorogun Emerhor prayed God to grant him more years and to strengthen and uplift him as he continues to serve APC and the Nigeria nation.
