Edo GDPN State Chairman says party is attracting credible aspirant for 2019 election

The State’s Chairman, Grassroot Democratic Party of Nigeria, GDPN, Pastor Osarumwense Oshodin has said that people are already jostling for the party ticket to contest in the coming general election both at the state and national levels.  

Pastor Oshodin said this immediately after the inauguration of the party’s states secretariat in Benin City.

He maintained that there are those for the state’s house of Assembly at the state level while there are also those jostling for House of Representative, Senate and the Presidency at the national level.

He said the mission of the party is to help the down trodden, better the lives of Nigerians and give those whom the so called leaders has cast away a sense of belonging.

He said the party’s manifesto stands for transformation and solution to corruption eating the country like the issue of snakes and monkeys swallowing money.

The Chairman who observed that the level of insecurity in the country is alarming said that the party will provide solution to this entire if given a chance to come to power.

On his part, the state’s Secretary, Hon. Dr. Sylvester who expressed confidence in the party said that the party has come to stay.
