DIDA Chairman, Nmah congratulates Oghene-Omoru on his birthday

The Director-General Delta State Investments Development Agency (DIDA) Olorogun Lucky Oghene-Omoru during the occasion of his birthday anniversary in Asaba

 

The Chairman Delta State Investments Development Agency (DIDA) Hon. Paul Nmah has congratulated the Director-General of the Agency, Olorogun Lucky Oghene-Omoru on the occasion of his birthday anniversary on 22nd August in Asaba.

 

The Chairman of DIDA extolled the virtues of the Director-General describing him as a hardworking personality, a team player and a goal-getter.

 

Nmah who was represented by a Senior Investment Analyst in the Agency, Mr Peter Okolie said that the Director-General had put in immense effort to ensure that DIDA delivers on its mandate of facilitating and promotion of investments in Delta State.

 

In his words “Olorogun Oghene-Omoru has brought in his wealth of experience and knowledge to bear in order to ensure that DIDA actualizes its mandate in consonance with the SMART Agenda policy of His Excellency Sen. (Dr.) IfeanyiOkowa.”

 

Responding to the Director-General, Olorogun Lucky Oghene-Omoru thanked the Chairman of the Agency for his outstanding leadership qualities, fostering brotherly love and creating the team spirit among the staff of the Agency.

 

He said he was indeed happy to work with the Chairman, according to him he has been quite supportive and has brought in new innovations that will help move the Agency forward.

 

Speaking on activities of the Agency he said that investment is a long term project that will take time to materialize.

 

According to him, DIDA had established framework to ensure adequate marketing of investment opportunities of the State and that in no distant future, these efforts will yield fruits in the form of physical investment projects being on the ground.

 

He said he was grateful to God for the gift of good health to celebrate his birthday.

 

The occasion which was attended by a few other Directors and staff maintaining social distance saw them pour encomiums on the Director-General. They described him as an amiable and accessible boss and said they are lucky and privileged to work with him and benefit from his wealth of experience.

 

The highpoint of the occasion was the cutting of the birthday cake by the Director-General.
