Bishop Obiogho advises Nigeria leaders to utilise the available resources effectively

The Bishop of The Light of The World Mission Church, Bishop Harrison Obiogho has urged leaders across the three tiers of government to focus more on God and utilise the little resources available effectively in order to move the country to the next level in 2022.

Bishop Obiogho who made this known during the last convention of the church held recently at the Church’s Headquarters, Kilometre 2, Eghwu-Okparabe Road, Eghwu Town, Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State, prophesied that there shall be more testimony, exploit, expansion and revival in this year 2022.

He noted that the convention’s theme ‘Exceeding Grace’ was taken from the book of Ephesians 2:7 after much prayer because they knew that in time to come, they will be partakers of the exceeding grace of God.

“No one can survive without the grace of God. It is the grace of God that kept us going inspite of the global challenges”, he said.

The renowned clergy urged Nigerian leaders to be hardworking, focus more on God and utilise the little resources effectively for the benefit of all.

According to him, “We shouldn’t think that to be in government is to distribute money but to serve just like the way pastors do. When we know that to be on Government is service, Nigeria will be better for us.

“We believe that if Nigeria must be saved, we must go back to God. The security agencies have tried their best but it’s not giving us a good result, let’s go to God in prayer, seek mercy. Let God help us. And when God help us, most of the terrorists you are seeing today,  the Lord could change their mind. Many will then drop their weapons.

“We know of Niger Delta militants who dropped their weapons and today there is peace in the riverine area. Sea piracy has gone down. So when God intervene, the heart of the people will calm down, so let’s go back to God in prayer.

“The last convention was a great one because the population is increasing yearly because there is revival and willingness, though we took one day for the programme the turn-up and zeal were massive.

“We are building structures already to accommodate more people next year. We took the theme of exceeding grace after we pray over it because there shall be more testimony, exploit, expansion and revival in this year.

“We enjoy exceeding grace when our faith is built in christ because the grace of God is the covenant mercy of God towards us by the redemption of Christ on the cross. So, therefore, exceeding grace is that kind of grace that Empowers the believer to do the supernatural and exploit without limit”, he
